The Challenge
Ellevated Outcomes had developed a machine learning classifier that could determine which area of a client’s business needed the most attention. The model existed only in their development environment, unusable for real client interactions.
Without in-house engineering, they needed to get the prototype into production:
- Process client assessment data from their intake forms
- Connect to their existing tools (Typeform and Active Campaign)
- Run reliably without constant maintenance
- Deliver instant insights to prospects and internal strategists
The Solution
Slova Applications built an AWS-based system that got the prototype into production. The approach focused on simplicity, reliability, and fitting into their existing workflow.
Architecture
We built a serverless, fully automated system that processes client assessments in real-time:
Serverless Classifier (AWS Lambda)
The machine learning model runs as a serverless function, scaling based on demand without server maintenance.
Secure Model Storage (Amazon S3)
The trained classifier and its data are stored in the cloud, with version control and reliable access for the processing functions.
Credential Management (AWS Secrets Manager)
All API keys and sensitive information are stored securely, ensuring integrations remain secure without exposing credentials.
Monitoring (Amazon SNS)
Automatic alerts notify the team immediately if any issues occur.
